We provide bespoke credit solutions for real estate investors, real estate developers and listed and unlisted real estate investment trusts, secured over real estate in Australia.

Our real estate credit strategy invests across the entire capital structure and all asset classes. We provide private real estate credit solutions at both asset and corporate levels, including:

Senior debt

Debt secured by a first ranking real property mortgage and first ranking security over the borrower. The loan to value ratio is generally up to a maximum of 70-75%.

Stretch senior debt

Senior debt with a slightly higher loan to value ratio compared to senior debt.

Junior debt and preferred equity finance (hybrids)

Debt that does not have first ranking security. Often this debt will benefit from a second ranking security and will generally earn a higher return than senior debt.

We manage a suite of discretionary real estate credit funds and segregated institutional managed accounts. Our solutions have a broad investment mandate – they are generally sector agnostic and are unconstrained by diversification and size meaning we have a national presence and invest across all geographies.
